Shipping information

We offer express and international shipping. Please expect 1-2 weeks at the most for made to order pieces to be sewn and shipped. Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number via USPS. All orders can be tracked online at www.usps.com

Return & exchange policy

All swimwear returns and size exchanges must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any marks/stains (make-up, deodorant etc) and have their original tags a liners still attached. Any packages failing to meet these requirements will be returned to the sender without reimbursement. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the return and exchange process. Sale items, jewelry and accessories are non refundable. Size exchanges can be made if stock is available. All return inquires can be made by email at islandswimhawaii@gmail.com
